When will you charge me?Updated a year ago

When you first sign up to Healthy Shop, we will take payment for your order straight away. This will lock in your order so if you need to make any changes, you can contact us and we can look to help.

Please note: Processing orders involves printing labels, packing boxes and booking courier collections - so it’s really challenging for us to make changes to orders after this deadline without wasting tasty food. For any late changes to a processed order please Contact customer support here. We’ll assist with last-minute alterations to deliver exactly what you want wherever possible.
