How do I change delivery date?

Any changes need to be made 48 hours before your delivery date for them to affect your next order. After this, any changes will affect the following order. Login and click on the 'My Account' link on the top right of the page, press 'View Addresses'

How do I update my Password?

Updating your password couldn't be simpler!  On the Login page click on 'Forgot your password'. Enter your email and click "Submit" and we will email you a link to reset your password. If you still have issues logging in, please drop us a message

If you would like to update your marketing preferences, you can do this by clicking on 'My Account' at the top right of the page. Then on the right hand side click 'Preference centre' and these can be amended and saved from there.if there's any issue
